You can now request a change of password to your email account by simply adding a contact number from our webmail portal.
When logging in for the first time you will notice a pop window appearing requesting that you enter your phone number. Here you will need to update the country along with your mobile phone number. as seen in the screenshot below.
If you don't see this pop screen following the simple steps below to then enter your mobile phone number
Once you have this information entered the next time you forget your password from the Email portal click the forgot password feature then following the on-screen instructions.
