As part of our efforts to continually improve the stability and performance of the Hosted Email Service, we will be enhancing the Mailbox Storage Platform. The updates will be applied in phases starting January 5th, 2018 through June 1st, 2018. During the move process users may experience a one-time momentary loss of connectivity to their mailbox.
Most mail clients, including Webmail, will re-establish connectivity after a short retry interval. Please contact your dedicated support team if your users are experiencing repeated or prolonged connectivity issues lasting over 5 minutes.
