We are investigating reports of password prompt issues to our Hosted Exchange environment with customers utilizing the IMAP protocol.
Users may experience a Certificate error upon attempting to sync mail to their email client, or a prompt to re-enter their password. As a workaround, impacted users are advised to use the Outlook Web Application (OWA) or website http://email.newmediahost.net to access their mailbox.
