Since yesterday, January 6, 2025 we have been having an issue with the website that allows you to check your email via the web browser. Our team is working on resolving this matter, and we apologize for any inconvenience. 

In the meantime, you can set up upper email via an email client, as POP/IMAP remain unaffected and can be used as an alternative while webmail access is unavailable.

After downloading an email on your computer click to install the software. 

Some recommended email clients include 

1. Microsoft Outlook 
2. Thunder Bird
3. Spark  
4. Mailbird 

Most mobile devices come with their now mail client. Depending on the mail client you can go ahead and start the setup process. You will need your email address and email password on hand to complete the setup. 

See the information below for setting up your email client. You can still set up your email on your mobile device, which will still facilitate sending and receiving emails.

Email Server Information

• Incoming Mail Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
• Outgoing Mail Server: secure.emailsrvr.com (Recommended ports include 465)

While webmail access is affected, mail delivery is not. Customers can access their email via a mail client such as Outlook. Please access help.emailsrvr.com for assistance in setting up your mail client for email access.
